A mutually beneficial exchange of instruments
Hey everyone, hope everyone is still healthy and sane.
It has come time for us to get back all of the instruments that were sent home with students to practice on. We have quite a few instruments out and so we will be organizing a day that you can bring them to Westside and drop them off.
It is EXTREMELY important that you return your instruments to us because of the school split next year. So, if you have a school owned instrument the day to return it is Thursday, April 16th.
To make sure that everyone can stay at least 6 feet away from anyone else, we will be assigning scheduled pick up/drop off times for everyone who has a school instrument. Please email Mr. Perez at firstname.lastname@example.org and set up a time to drop off your instrument. The times can be any time of day from 9am - 5pm, we will be there the whole day.
If you own your instrument but it is at school, you should also email Mr. Perez and set up a time to come and pick you instrument up.
To summarize: if you have a school instrument you MUST return it this Thursday, April 16th. To do that, email Mr. Perez and set up a time to drop it off. If you own your instrument but it is at school, email Mr. Perez to set up a pick-up time for that day.
